When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the delivery require a maximum of 10 to 30 working days for our team. We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the merchandise.

How can I track my package?

After 2 to 5 days after your purchase, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Go to our "Package Tracking" page or use your tracking number in your local post office.

How much does delivery cost?

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order. The standard shipping costs $4.99. If you order more than $50.00, the shipping is free. We also have a premium shipping for $9.99. This is an insurance option.

My order is not complete!

If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately, depending on available stocks and the location of our warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive soon.

Can I change my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".

Can I cancel my order?

It is quite possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, however, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price. Feel free to contact us by email at : info@jjba-store.com; our team will do its best to meet your needs!

I would like to return a product.

We can only accept a return in the event of a proven product defect. Our products are subject to very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) and send an e-mail to: orders@jjba-store.com with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

My clothing is too small.

All our textiles are accompanied by a size guide to help our friendly customers avoid this kind of issue. Our team took care to measure each item and add the corresponding comment in each description. From then on, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large. Nevertheless, we know that the purchase of such an item can be very frustrating.
