HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
Packages from our warehouse in Hong Kong / China will be shipped by ePacket, EMS, DHL or Fedex depending on the weight and size of the product, and customer choice. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
DO YOU OFFER FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING?
Yes. We provide free worldwide shipping. Wherever you are, we will ship your order for free to you!
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
In most cases they don’t apply because the total cost of the order will be small. It’s up to you to find out if you have to pay it or not. Unless you have a large order you should be ok but please double check with your local customs.
Please note that import duties, taxes and charges (When applicable) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at : email@example.com
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
